Payment Policy

We accept Eftpos, Mastercard, Cash and Afterpay . We do not accept bank cheques or American Express.

PLEASE NOTE a small fee applies on all eftpos transactions. Mastercard/ Visa 1.0% Debit ( chq/savings ) $0.30

At Inskin Studio we do not hold any personal accounts, all appointments performed on the day are to be paid for in full that day.

Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to change any of the product and treatment pricing at anytime without prior warning or notice. Treatment prices may vary from client to client depending on skin program’s made for the client.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. It is Inskin Studio’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website inskinstudio.com.au and any other sites we own and operate.

We only ask for personal information when we really need it to provide you with our services.

We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why were collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. The data we store is well protected within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying and use of modification.

We do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, with the exemption of being required by law.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request of your personal information, with the understanding that we may not be able to provide you with some of your desired services.

Your continued use of our website will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. If you have any questions about how we handle user data and personal information, feel free to contact us.

Online Booking Information

Our online booking system lets you choose a therapist, however if you are a new client  to our studio we may move your appointment to another therapist to ensure our schedules run smoothly. Rest assured we will only do this if absolutely necessary. 

If you wish to request only the one therapist at all times please let us know and we will make a note on your file for all of your booking’s.

By booking online you are agreeing to see any of our fully trained therapist’s .

All clients are required to pay a deposit at the time of booking, $50 for Facials or $100 for our longer (1hr +) more advanced Dermal Treatments. Deposit’s are non-refundable but can be credited to your account with us for future appointments, when adhering to our 24hr cancelation/rescheduling policy.

If redeeming a Gift Certificate please call or email the studio to book as we will require the certificate number to hold your appointment.

Gift Certificates / Packages

Gift Certificates are a lovely way to spoil someone special. To organise a gift certificate please call or email as payment can be taken over the phone and sent out to you in the post. Or call into the studio to pick one up.

Gift certificates are also available online. Head to Gift Vouchers on our shop page .

Certificates are valid for 3 years and can be used on treatments only . They are not transferrable for cash.

Failure to attend when booking with a certificate will result in the certificate being fortified.

Lost gift certificates can NOT be replaced.

If you have purchased a certificate for a specific treatment, we are able to transfer the value of that certificate to a different treatment.

If the treatment is less than the value of your certificate, we are happy to token the balance for you to use at a later date, provided it is within the date of the certificates expiration.

When using a gift certificate to pay for a treatment, certificate must be shown at time of treatment for it to be redeemed.

When purchasing a PACKAGE of treatments, these have a 12 month expiry. Please be sure to use the treatment’s brought in the package within the 12 months as we do not send out reminders for this and can not keep track of the expiry for each clients packages.

Studio Etiquette

New Clients 

We ask that all NEW clients please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment so appropriate client registration and consent forms can be filled out.

As a sign of respect to all clients, we ask that you turn your personal devices onto silent upon arrival. If you need to make a call please step outside.

Please keep in mind that other clients are relaxing so we ask that you keep any noise to a minimum.

Children/Guests

Please do not bring any other guests, babies or young children to your appointment. As much as we absolutely love children and their laughter, our clients are here to relax and enjoy some quiet time without disturbance. Having young children or babies in the room can also disturb our therapist’s from doing the best possible treatment for you

Late Arrival

Your appointment time has been booked exclusively for you. We are committed to giving all our clients the best possible treatment and experience. Late arrival may mean we have to reduce your treatment but will try to accomodate you best we can. It is unfair to other clients that turn up on time to keep them waiting. Full treatment price will be charged.

Studio Booking & Cancellation Policies

A confirmation SMS or email will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Deposits

All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hour’s notice, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account to use towards a future appointment within 12 months.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hour’s notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hour’s of the scheduled appointment time will:

  • forfeit the booking deposit, and

  • incur an additional cancellation fee of $50–$100 depending on the treatment booked and appointment duration.

Any applicable cancellation fees may be charged to the card stored securely on file.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (“no-show”) will:

  • forfeit their booking deposit, and

  • be charged a no-show fee of $50–$100 depending on the treatment booked and appointment duration.

Changes to Treatments on the Day

If you choose not to proceed with a treatment you have booked at the time of your appointment, the full treatment fee still applies, as we are unable to refill the reserved appointment time at short notice.

Emergencies

We understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. In genuine emergency situations, management may choose to transfer your booking deposit to a future appointment at their discretion. This is a one-time courtesy only.

By booking with Inskin Studio, you agree to the above booking and cancellation policy, including authorisation for cancellation and no-show fees to be charged to your stored card where applicable.

If our booking policy is not suitable for you, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with making an appointment.

Shipping and Returns

We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all online and phone orders over $200 AUD.

For orders under $200 AUD, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 AUD applies.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return a product, it must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • unopened,

  • unused, and

  • in their original packaging and condition.

Please note, we do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect product choices.
